About Us

Kevin Dospoy is the deputy director of Forward Analytics, the research arm of the Wisconsin Counties Association (WCA). Prior to joining WCA, Kevin was a program and policy analyst at the Department of Health Services (DHS), focused on FoodShare and Pandemic EBT. Prior to joining DHS, he served as a researcher at the Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance and the Wisconsin Policy Forum.

Mr. Dospoy has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lewis University and a master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his spare time he enjoys travel, hiking and fishing.
