Overtime Rule Blocked by Federal Court: Sign Up for Webinar

On November 22, 2016, a federal court enjoined enforcement of the new FLSA rules on salary exemptions that were scheduled to go into effect next month.  This ruling has far reaching implications for counties.  What should employers do in response?  Is it okay to put everything on hold?  Is there a chance that the regulations come back?  Do the results of the presidential election have any impact on the regulations?
