Are you passionate about making a difference in the criminal justice system and helping individuals on their path to recovery? Dunn County’s Department of Administration is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Treatment Court Coordinator to join our Criminal Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) division. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the lives of Treatment Court program participants through comprehensive case management and support.

As the Treatment Court Coordinator, your responsibilities will include evaluating offenders for program eligibility, providing case management services, and coordinating with external agencies to track participants’ progress. You’ll also play a crucial role in facilitating treatment team meetings, preparing weekly progress notes, and presenting vital information to the court. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks, from coordinating drug and alcohol testing to collecting and reporting data for the Criminal Justice Director.

The salary range is $60,528 to $79,352 annually, with anticipated starting pay between $60,528 and $63,898 annually.

Primary Responsibilities
The following duties are primarily performed and which are essential for this position. Employees are expected to be able to perform each of these job duties satisfactorily and successfully to be qualified for the position. Other duties may be required and assigned.

Provides case management services to Treatment Court program participants.
Tracks and verifies progress of program participants, including with external agency programs.
Prepares weekly progress notes on program participants for the treatment team.
Facilitates treatment team meetings.
Evaluates offenders for eligibility in the Treatment Court program including orientation, intake and assessments; provides referrals to outside agencies; attends court dates; presents information to the treatment team and directs case management.
Coordinates and provides random drug and alcohol testing for Treatment Court program participants.
Prepares agendas and facilitates monthly program meetings.
Attends training and conferences.
Collects and reports data to the Criminal Justice Director.
Performs other duties of a comparable level/type, as required.
