Current Social Worker opening is:
• Children with Differing Abilities (CWDA) – Children’s Long-Term Support-Waiver (CLTS) Social Worker: needs assessment, case planning, and advocacy; to provide and coordinate services to children with varying disabilities, functioning levels, and mental health needs.
• Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Social Worker – Children: needs assessment, crisis intervention, case planning, advocacy and development of community resources; to provide services to both children and adults with varying disabilities, functioning levels, substance use and mental health needs utilizing a wrap-around/multi-disciplinary team approach.
• Adult Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Social Worker – Adults: needs assessment, crisis intervention, case planning, advocacy and development of community resources; to provide services to both children and adults with varying disabilities, functioning levels, substance use and mental health needs utilizing a wrap-around/multi-disciplinary team approach.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (psychology, sociology, etc.) required. Minimum of one (1) year of full-time or part-time work experience required. Must possess a Social Work Certification upon hire. If the certification is from another state, employee must obtain a Wisconsin Social Work Certification within one (1) year of employment. Applicants without Social Worker Certification will be hired as Case Manager. Employees who later obtain certification may request reclassification to a Social Worker position.
Social Worker — Starting Wage: $32.37 – $35.19 per hour depending on qualifications. Maximum Wage: $42.23 per hour.
Case Manager — Starting Wage: $28.76 – $31.26 per hour depending on qualifications.
