Are you passionate about serving your community and eager to grow in a supportive environment? Join La Crosse County and take the next step in your career in a Social Worker position in a Specialized Unit within the CCS Program in the Integrated Support and Recovery Services (ISRS) Section.
The Specialized Unit is a part of the Pathways Home Project, which involves a multitude of community agencies and services to end homelessness within La Crosse County. This position will provide case management services to consumers who are experiencing homelessness, including those with severe and persistent mental health and/or substance use disorders. In addition to meeting Social Work certification eligibility requirements, the ideal candidate will have skills and knowledge gained through previous work with consumers who have experienced homelessness at some point in their life, or may have personal lived experience with homelessness.
