Social Worker – CLTS
POSITION SUMMARY:
The employee will provide a variety of case management services to children with severe mental health issues and/or disabilities and their families. The employee will work specifically with children who are receiving services through Children’s Long Term Support Waivers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or closely related field. Must also be certified as a Social Worker by the State of Wisconsin Examining Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors; OR become certified within 6 months of employment.
NECESSARY SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Possession of a driver’s license and a driving record that meets County standards; OR ability to obtain reliable transportation.
COMPENSATION:
Starting salary range (C42): Minimum $54,263 ($26.09/hour) – Control Point $65,116 ($31.31/hour)
