Social Worker

Iowa County is seeking applications for a full-time Social Worker positions within the Social Services Department Youth and Family Unit: Essential duties include but are not limited to child protective services and youth justice in accordance with statues and Department of Children and Families standards. This vacancy will primarily be doing on-going work. Starting pay is $30.46/hr. and a generous, comprehensive benefit package is provided.

Minimum requirement include: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field, preference for one year of social work experience in a county social services department. Current WI Social Work certification or the ability to attain the certification within the two (2) years of employment required. Applicants are subject to a criminal background check.
