Social Service Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) responsible for providing diverse customer service and support services for families, child care providers, relative care providers and social workers. Hours of work are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a half hour unpaid lunch. Work from home opportunity is available after the training period.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduation or equivalent required. Must have two years’ paid related work experience providing extensive customer service in human services or a related field. Extensive computer skills required. Post-secondary education in the human services field desirable. A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets County standards; OR ability to obtain reliable transportation as needed.
