Senior Planner
Performs work of considerable difficulty in the administration and enforcement of the Brown County Land Division and Subdivision Ordinance (Chapter 21 of the Brown County Code), Brown County Urban Service Area Water Quality Management Plan, and Water Quality Management grants, including the review of subdivisions, sewer service extensions, and environmental impacts. Assists with the development of the Brown County Comprehensive Plan and community comprehensive plans, updates to and administration of the Farmland Preservation Program, community park & recreation plans, and the Brown County All Hazards Mitigation Plan in compliance with the Wisconsin Comprehensive Planning Law and Wisconsin State Statutes. Provides planning-related local assistance services to communities. Performs related work as required.
