Seasonal Vaccine Receptionist – Health Department

Oneida County Health Department is recruiting for an LTE (Limited Term Employment) Seasonal Vaccine Receptionist position.

Role: The position will join our team to assist in providing vaccine services at our department’s location of 100 W. Keenan Street, Rhinelander, WI. This position will provide customer service and complete various clerical tasks.

Required Qualifications: Customer service experience and computer skills are required. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.

Work Hours and Schedule: This position will start the week of September 15th, 2025 through the week ending October 31st, 2025. This position will work 40 hours per week, with all hours worked during the weekdays, with a preferred schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. These hours will be reduced the first and last week of the position to allow for training at hire and program wrap-up at employment end. Some flexibility can be provided with the work schedule.

Compensation: Position pays $18.03 per hour. No benefits included with position.
