RECOVERY AND WELLNESS CONSORTIUM (RWC) OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Chippewa County is accepting applications for a Recovery and Wellness Consortium (RWC) Operations Administrator position within the Department of Human Services. This position is specifically responsible for the administration and oversight of the Comprehensive Community Services program within a nine-county consortium. The Operations Administrator is directly responsible for the supervision of four individuals. The job duties of the Recovery and Wellness Consortium (RWC) Operations Administrator include but are not limited to research, analyze, plan and implement the mental health and substance abuse services for a multi-county consortium; to understand services/programs from an operational, theoretical, and fiscal perspective while working through a variety of community-based, county-based and state-based systems; to work effectively with a wide variety of people to influence positions of authority within more than one system to accomplish the goal of system change; supervise assigned staff and to provide responsive, courteous and efficient service to County residents and the general public.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or closely related human services field required. Must possess or be able to obtain State of Wisconsin Social Work Certification or a Professional Counselor License within two (2) years of hire, meeting the criteria per Wis. States. MPSW 14.01 or MPSW 11 or another license from a human service related field. Seven (7) years of recent professional human services work experience related to the area of mental health and/or substance abuse services required. Experience in mental health and substance use and the impact of individuals and families required. Must have three (3) years recent management, supervisory or lead worker experience. Starting Wage: $39.61 – $45.01 per hour depending on qualifications plus an excellent fringe benefit package. Maximum Wage: $54.01 per hour
