About the Role
As a Program Assistant, you will support the County Planning & Land Use (Zoning) Division and the Environmental Services Department. You will be the friendly face at the front desk, interacting with the public and addressing potentially confidential issues related to our department. Your top-notch customer service will leave a lasting impression on those you engage with.
In this role, you will:
Serve as the initial point of contact for the public, handling general inquiries and fostering meaningful connections.
Provide administrative support to all aspects of the division and assist other divisions within the department as needed.
Utilize your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to manage a variety of tasks where attention to detail is crucial.
The ideal candidate is a great communicator who thrives in an environment that values precision and proactive problem-solving.
This is a full-time, in-person, position working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
Anticipated starting pay range is between $22.42/hr and $23.67/hr.
