Do you have a passion for helping others? If so, the Monroe County Rolling Hills Senior Living Community might have the job for you. We are looking for full-time and part-time Personal Care Assistants. Successful candidates will have no previous criminal convictions which could threaten the residents’ safety. Completion of CBRF training certification in fire safety, first aid, medication management, and standard precautions is preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting or personal care is preferred and helpful.

Our Personal Care Assistants provide direct care and assistance to the Assisted Living residents to include personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and communicating and interacting with residents in a kind and compassionate manner. This position provides medications and other nurse-delegated tasks and treatments in compliance with physician orders and are responsible for recognizing and reporting changes in resident condition. This position will also assist with laundry, housekeeping, and preparation of meals as needed.

Starting salary for this position is $14.84 – $16.62 hourly based on experience and qualifications. Monroe County offers an exceptional benefit package to include health, dental, term life, and more.
