Part-Time Nurse Home Visitor

The Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) Nurse is responsible for providing strength-based comprehensive nursing services to enrolled expectant persons, individuals and their families eligible for the NFP Program. The NFP nurse is pivotal in transforming the lives of families with the greatest social and economic needs by implementing and maintaining fidelity to the NFP model. NFP nurses deliver trusted information and resources to first time expectant parents so they can build the lives they want for themselves and their children.

Qualifications: Current WI license as a Registered Professional Nurse under Ch. 441, Stats. A minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a nursing program accredited by the National Professional Nursing Education Accrediting Organization, or from a nursing program accredited by the Board of Nursing under Ch. 441, Stats. The program shall include preparation in public health nursing.

Starting Wage: $29.90 per hour. This is a part-time position working 20-24 hours per week.
