Office Specialist- Land Management
Description :
Under the general supervision of the Zoning Administrator, provides technical assistance, administrative support, clerical service, and works with the public in the Land Management Department regarding zoning and the sanitary system issues. Assists with program coordination and office activities. Work involves thorough familiarity with the regulations, policies and procedures of the Department.
Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions
Graduation from high school or GED, and a minimum of two years previous experience in a position that includes, typing, filing, use of phone and personal computer. Proficient computer skills using Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Power Point, Publisher and Internet Explorer.
This position is a FT 40 hours per week position. Starting wage $19.13- $20.22 per hour (depending on qualifications)
