Office Specialist- Highway
Under the supervision of the Highway Commissioner, this position is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the Highway recordkeeping by performing a variety of duties as well as organizational functions for the Highway Department.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, minimum two years of experience in an office setting that involves working with a wide variety of programs; computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in secretarial, clerical, or administration is preferred.
This position is a PT 20 hours per week position starting at $19.37-20.47 per hour (depending on qualifications)
