Nutrition Program Coordinator

We’re hiring for a part-time (30/hrs. per week) Nutrition Program Coordinator. Successful candidates will have graduated from high school and have a minimum of two years’ experience working with the elderly or with a public agency that handles duties similar to those required of this role; or have an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Computer proficiency is desired.
The Nutrition Program Coordinator oversees the home delivered and meal site programs to include screening referrals and conducting in-home assessments to determine eligibility for meal services. This position also monitors nutrition data and enters the information into the state data collection system for billing and reporting purposes.
Starting salary for this position is $14.00 – $15.36 hourly based on experience and qualifications. Monroe County also offers a remarkable benefits package to include health with vision, dental, term life, Wisconsin Retirement System, and more.
