Nutrition Educator
Summary Under general supervision of the WIC Director/Project Nutritionist, assists in the development and execution of the nutrition education component of the WIC Program according to the nature and extent of the nutrition needs and problems of individuals and families participating in the WIC Program.
Prospective employees must receive the Covid-19 vaccination in full, within four (4) weeks of their date of hire as a condition of employment, with exception of a religious or medical exemption.
Starting in 2023, this position is a .8 full-time, benefited position, with a salary range of $24.76 – $31.84 per hour.
Normal workweek Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with some flexibility.
Upon successful completion of the initial 6 month employment period, this position will have an option for some remote work.
