Network Analyst – ITS
Oneida County is accepting applications to fill a full-time Network Analyst position with the Information Technology Services Department.
SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: This position assists in designing, building and implementing network systems and servers across the organization. Duties include troubleshooting issues, analyzing network traffic, providing capacity-planning solutions, analyzing and resolving end-user hardware, software and network problems, and providing training as needed.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified individuals must have a high school degree or equivalent, two years post high school education with an emphasis on accounting and/or computer skills, experience in data retrieval, testing and report generation, three years office experience, five years computer support and phone system administration experience, and six years project management experience. Applicants with different combinations of the above listed education or experience requirements may be considered.
WAGES AND BENEFITS: Position starts at $65,684 per year plus excellent benefit package, including Wisconsin Retirement System benefits, affordable health, dental and vision insurance and a PTO (Paid Time Off) package with the ability to carry unused PTO into future years.
WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE: Position works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the occasional need to work nights and weekends as needed. Position allows occasional flexibility with hours and some opportunity to work from home at the discretion of the ITS Director.
