Mental Health Professional

Mental Health Professional (MHP) to provide clinical supervision to the Comprehensive Community Support (CCS) teams and direct treatment services including assessment/diagnosis, counseling, psychotherapy, information and referral, case management and crisis intervention. To provide service facilitation to people affected by severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance abuse. To ensure that the service plan and service delivery is integrated, coordinated, monitored, and designed to support the consumer in a manner that assists CCS participants to achieve the highest possible level of independent functioning.
