Mental Health Case Manager

Provide full range of case management or service facilitation functions to support to mentally ill and AODA clients residing in Marinette County; provide vocational training, social skills training and enhancement of independent living skills to clients. Qualifications: insurance acceptable driver’s license; qualification under the Wisconsin Caregivers Law, Wisconsin Act 27; Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, six months post degree experience/training – OR – Master’s degree in social work or related field and 18 months experience/training, satisfy State of WI Master’s Level billing requirements. 40 Hours/Week. Bachelor’s Level Pay: $25.55 – $30.98/hour. Master’s Level Pay: $29.98 – $36.35/hour. Health/Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, WRS, etc. EOE. ADA.
