The Dunn County Behavioral Health Clinic, certified under DHS 35, is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a full-time clinical therapist to join our dynamic team. As part of Dunn County Human Services, you’ll experience seamless collaboration and teamwork across all county behavioral health programs, fostering a supportive and enriching environment for client care.
Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a role that blends therapy and social work, serving a diverse client population including those underserved, coping with severe and persistent mental illness, as well as individuals from indigent and lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
Excitingly, our clinic will soon be opening (internally) to adolescents aged 12-17 years old, highlighting the importance of flexibility in scheduling to meet the unique needs of adolescents and their families. The Dunn County Behavioral Health Clinic is committed to nurturing talent and introducing motivated clinicians into the therapy field through our established Masters level internship program.

*NOTE: The anticipated starting salary for those meeting the Clinical Mental Health Therapist position is $69,202 to $73,050 annually depending on qualifications. The starting salary for those meeting the Licensed Therapist position is $74,006 to $78,146 annually depending on qualifications.
