Laborer- Solid Waste

Laborer Solid Waste:
This position will sort and process, load and unload recyclable materials. Performs general facility cleaning and assists with general equipment maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, experience in light general facility maintenance; experience working in recycling operations preferred. Employee must be able to obtain a forklift certification within the first 6 months of employment.

This Position is a FT 40 hours per week. Starting Salary $17.43-$18.92 per hour. (Depending on qualifications) plus fringe benefits. See attached Position Description.

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week Monday through Friday 6:00 A.M – 2:30 P.M. This position does require 2 Saturdays per year for Clean Sweep Events.
