The purpose of this position is to provide extraordinary service to our customers and fellow library staff. In addition this position takes a proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial leadership role in the organization to assure the presence of library and information services and products in a wide variety of formats that anticipates and meets the needs of a diverse customer base. This position advocates for, creates, and executes innovative approaches to meet community needs. This position works with customers and library staff to improve their information skills. The work is performed under the direction of the Support Services Manager.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or similar field of study, with a minimum of three (3) years of technology experience. Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and means of transportation required.
$19.15/hr – $22.50/hr
