IT Systems Analyst

Provides technical support and training in the use of computer systems and equipment to departments. Repair and prep computers, maintain network stability and security, train individuals in computer practices and software-specific best-practices. Develop and maintain software and hardware to preserve data integrity and assist in the purchase of new software and program updates.

Minimum Qualifications:
Provide employees with analyst support on personal computers (hardware and software).
Provide a vital link to business continuity and disaster recovery by continuous monitoring and maintenance of software, performing media inventory and control, cyber security, and ensuring archival integrity.
Maintain users in Microsoft Windows Server Active directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 / Azure services.
Monitor and/or backup various servers, phone systems, (Avaya, IP Office and Avaya Communication Manager), peripherals, storage devices, etc.
Repair and prepare computers for deployment.
Provide employee training as necessary.
Mechanical skills are required for disassembling and reassembling complex computers, hardware units and various other equipment.
Safeguard confidential information.
Performs other duties as required.
