IT Support Specialist

Columbia County is recruiting to fill an entry-level full-time vacancy in the Management Information Services Department. Requirements include Associate Degree from an accredited vocational, college or technical school in Computer Information Systems or related field. (Comparable work experience substituted for education on a 2 for 1 basis.), in‑depth technical knowledge of micro-computer and common peripheral hardware, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, 2 years of related experience in a computer networked environment, good written and oral communication skills, prefer experience with Microsoft office products, Microsoft 365 products, and experience with network management tools. Desire computer hardware and software A+ certification. Valid Wisconsin Driver’s license and automobile liability insurance. 40.0 hour week. Starting rate: $29.819 per hour.
