Information Technology Analyst
Are you an experienced IT professional who has a flair for troubleshooting and enjoys working with and training others? If so, Monroe County’s Information Technology Department might have the job for you! We’re hiring for a full-time IT Analyst. Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in computer technology or another closely related field. A valid driver’s license is required. At minimum two years’ experience with Microsoft 2008/2012/2016 servers (DNS/DHCP/GPOs) is desired. At least five years of experience working directly with computer systems is preferred or must have an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
Our IT Analyst provides computer training to County employees, develops and administers database applications, installs software and coordinates release updates, and troubleshoots all aspects of the system.
Starting salary for this position is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. Monroe County offers an excellent benefit package to include health with vision, dental, term life, and more.
