Human Services Manager – CSP

Juneau County Department of Human Services is seeking an experienced Community Support Program (CSP) Manager, passionate about providing and managing mental health services for adults with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses. The best candidates will also commit themselves to the agency mission, vision and values.

This management position oversees the CSP and Community Recovery Services (CRS) programs, working closely with Comprehensive Community Services, AODA Services and Outpatient clinic, and Emergency Mental Health/Adult Protective Services program staff. This position shall have the responsibility for the management and supervision of direct service staff and the treatment and rehabilitation services which they provide. On clinical treatment matters, this position works in consultation with the clinic’s Medical Director and the Deputy Director/Director.

Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Nursing or related field with three (3) years of previous supervisory experience. Licensed in clinical social work (LCSW), Professional Counseling (LPC)LPC, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or ability to obtain such within three (3) years of hire.

Starting Wage: $39.28 per hour. Juneau County offers a generous benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and matching contribution to the Wisconsin Retirement System.
