Human Services Director
Kewaunee County is seeking an individual interested in a long-term career leadership position in our Human Services Department. This position reports directly to the County Administrator and is responsible for the provision of Behavioral Health, Child Welfare Long-Term Support and Economic Support to the residents of Kewaunee County. We are a trauma informed agency seeking to help all residents of Kewaunee County to become the best version of themselves. This selected candidate will manage a staff of 30+ individuals and a budget of $5.5 million. The successful candidate will have knowledge of state and federal requirements as to the provision of Human Services and the ability to work within a set budget while meeting the needs of county residents.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, administration, business management or a closely related field. 5 years of demonstrated leadership within a human services agency or experience in management of a social services organization.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary range of $88,750 – $98,500 depending on qualifications and experience. Full benefits package offered.
