Financial & Business Manager

Marquette County, Wisconsin, is accepting applications for a Financial & Business Manager position. Under the direction of the Human Services Director, the Financial & Business Manager is responsible for researching the Department’s financial legal requirements and ensuring the Department remains in compliance. The positions work closely with the Department’s management team in strategic planning and data analysis. The position manages the Department’s software program for electronic client files related to behavioral health programs and case management. The position manages all aspects of general office functions including equipment, procedures, and policies. The position supervises staff within the Financial & Business Unit.

Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or closely related field. A minimum of 5 years’ related experience. Prior experience in a public agency strongly desired. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with software/computer program development, implementation, and training. Requires a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle. Applicants must pass background checks.

Salary range from $28.93/hour to $32.34/hour dependent on education, training, and experience. Excellent benefits including: State retirement, holiday, vacation and sick time, health, dental, and life insurance.
