Family Services Supervisor–Youth Justice Unit

Under the general direction of the Children and Families Manager, The Family Services Supervisor provides professional leadership, supervision, and administrative oversight of the Youth Justice Ongoing Unit. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services that align with agency policies, professional standards, and applicable laws and regulations.

This position includes case consultation, coordination, training, staff development, and program design. The supervisor must have the ability to assess information and make decisions in crisis situations while managing risk for the Department and the community.
