Economic Support Manager
Performs difficult professional work providing oversight of all Economic Support Services staff and programs, interpreting data and policy, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, monitoring budgets and funding, maintaining files and records, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the HHS Director. Divisional supervision is exercised over Economic Support Manager, Economic Support Specialist, Economic Support Lead Specialist, and Foodshare Employment Training Specialist.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in human services, or related field and considerable experience in management, finances, program coordination, human services operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred. Possession of New Worker training for State and Federal Programs and State of Wisconsin Information Systems training upon hire. Valid driver’s license in the State of Wisconsin.
Starting Wage: $29.78 per hour. Adams County offers a generous benefits package.
