Position and Purpose: This position will provide service coordination for clients in their homes or other natural environments, along with program management duties. This will include performing assessments and evaluations, participating in the development of an Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), assisting families in identifying available community services, coordinating care with other providers, and developing and facilitating transition plans. For applicants with licensure in Early Childhood Special Education, the scope will also include providing early intervention services to families in the natural environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum Qualifications:
For Grade J: Bachelor’s Degree in education, public health, social work, nursing, child development, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university. A minimum of two years of personal, professional, or volunteer experience related to child development, children with special needs, home visiting, and program coordination skills is required. A valid driver’s license.

For Grade K: In addition to the requirements for Grade J, must hold or be eligible for a Department of Public Instruction License as an early childhood teacher in special education (808 or 809 License).

Preferred Qualifications:
Spanish language skills

Starting wage for Grade J $27.83-$29.42 /hr, & Starting wage for Grade K $30.08-$31.79/ hr plus excellent fringe benefits. Please see attached position description.
