Drug Treatment Court Program Coordinator

Full-time (37.5 hours per week) position within Columbia County Health & Human Services Department, with an anticipated start date of December 7, 2026. Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Treatment Court Program, including leading staff meetings, communicating with treatment providers and criminal justice partners, tracing participant progress, maintain program date and records, and ensuring confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. Three (3) years of case management experience, including two (2) years working with a criminal justice population, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Background in or understanding of addictions counseling preferred. Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and personal transportation required. Hire Rate: $31.755 per hour.
