Deputy County Clerk
Description :
The purpose of this position is to provide general administrative support services for the County Clerk, and perform those duties of the County Clerk in their absence. Also serve as a backup to the Receptionist for Pierce County.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate/Technical Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience. 1-2 years of governmental experience. Knowledge of government services preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree’s in Public Administration or Business Administration. County Clerk or treasurer’s work experience.
Starting wage range is $23.65-$25.00 Per hour. depending on qualifications. Plus excellent fringe benefits.
