Deputy County Administrator
Marathon County is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and solution-focused leader to serve as a full-time Deputy County Administrator. The Deputy County Administrator serves as a senior leader within the County Administrator’s Office and supports the Administrator as/when necessary relative to personnel management and major organizational projects. This role is focused on operationalizing the County’s Strategic Plan, ensuring the successful completion of select large projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and performance in connection with the county’s efforts to enhance its collection, reporting, and use of data. This position will lead and support initiatives that improve county government effectiveness and efficiency.
