Job Title: County Manager
Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 annual
FLSA Status/Hours: Exempt, 40 hours/week

Langlade County seeks a full-time County Manager to perform the functions and duties as specified in Section 59.18, Wisconsin Statutes, with direct oversight of the Department of Administration. The Department of Administration, led by County Manager oversees all responsibilities of finance (payroll, budget, etc.) and Human Resources (recruitment, selection, benefit administration).
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Work Experience in Government Administration: A minimum of three (3) years, a thorough understanding of government operations.
• Work Experience in Government Finance: A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Government Finance, with supervisory experience.
