The full-time Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Director is a Clinical Manager position that supports individuals affected by substance abuse and/or severe and persistent mental illness, by providing clinical oversight and quality assurance functions for the CCS programs in Ashland and Bayfield Counties. This position is responsible for overseeing service delivery to ensure appropriate intervention, providing day-to-day consultation to direct service staff, and ensuring administrative and clinical compliance with applicable administrative code. This position will also function as the Community Support Program (CSP) Clinical Coordinator, as needed.

Applicant must be a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist with 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience. Individuals with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field that can identify a path to licensure may be considered. Prior professional work experience in supervisory leadership is preferred. Caregiver background checks and a valid driver’s license are required.

This position may be allowed to work a portion of the work schedule remotely, depending on the needs of the position, organization, work unit requirements and employee’s preference.

Salary: $29.38-31.90/hour
