Community Services Manager

Supervise Outpatient Mental Health/Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) program staff, crisis program staff, Intoxicated Driver Program staff and Clinic support staff; assist Clinic Administrator with implementing and monitoring new and existing programs in the outpatient services area. QUALIFICATIONS: Requires Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or other related mental health field from accredited school; equivalent of five years of fulltime experience providing counseling services; two years experience providing substance abuse counseling or experience working in a certified substance abuse clinic; two years of supervisory experience; active WI License as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Marriage & Family Therapist at time of hire; WI Medical Assistance provider number eligibility; insurance acceptable driver’s license; Qualification under WI Caregivers Law, WI Act 27. Prefer active WI License as Independent Clinical Supervisor; active WI License as a Substance Abuse Counselor or Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor at time of hire. 40 Plus Hours/week. $65,061 – $74,352.
