Job Description:

The full-time Community Services Programs Administrator provides administrative oversight to the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programs in Ashland and Bayfield Counties, and the Community Support Program (CSP) and Community Recovery Services (CRS) program in Ashland County. Responsibilities include overall responsibility for the CCS program in Ashland and Bayfield County, including compliance with Chapter 36 and other applicable State and Federal regulations, and the CSP and CRS program in Ashland County. This position is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, contracting with service providers, assistance with rate setting, coordinating the oversite committees, and providing outreach to community and vendors.

Applicant must be a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist with 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience. Individuals with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field that can identify a path to licensure may be considered. Prior professional work experience in supervisory leadership is preferred. Caregiver background checks and a valid driver’s license are required.
This position may be allowed to work a portion of the work schedule remotely, depending on the needs of the position, organization, work unit requirements and employee’s preference.

Salary: $31.25-33.92/hour
