Community Behavioral Health Quality Assurance and Improvement Coordinator

Purpose of Position:
In general, this position works under the direction of the Community Behavioral Health Manager to assist in providing quality assurance and compliance for behavioral health programming. This position will also provide recommendations regarding program improvement. Function as a liaison with staff and contracted providers regarding quality assurance activities. Attend and participate in all assigned meetings. Complete all paperwork associated with the position. Accept assignments as deemed necessary. Attend training as provided and which is deemed necessary.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work or closely related field from an accredited college or university OR four years of experience working within a human services department that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work with experience providing quality assurance.

This position is a FT 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. Salary starting at $28.53-$32.61 per hour (depending on qualifications).
