Clinical Therapist I/II

Full-time (40 hours per week) position within Columbia County Health & Human Services Department Outpatient Clinic, with an anticipated start date of December 7, 2026. Responsible for providing mental health therapy and/or substance use disorder counseling to consumers of the Health & Human Services Outpatient Clinic. This position will also serve consumers enrolled in the Comprehensive Community Services Program providing service in the community. Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy, AND must possess current licensure under Ch. 457, Stats. As a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist with 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience, OR Master’s level clinician with an Advanced Practice Social Worker License or Licensed Professional Counselor-IT License working towards 3000 hours. Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and personal transportation required. Hire Rate: $36.009 per hour for fully licensed clinicians, and $33.815 per hour for those working towards their 3000 hours.
