Application Requirements & Details of Children’s Long-Term Support Case Manager
This position will maintain a caseload of Children’s Long-Term Support Program cases, which serves children and youth with medical/physical, developmental, emotional, and mental health needs. In collaboration with parents/caregivers, children/youth, and their supports, conducts strength-based assessments through interviews, home visits and collecting of collateral information, determines the range and type of needed services.
Qualifications include bachelor’s degree in social work or closely related human services field, three years of experience with individuals or families with mental health, substance abuse, and /or abuse and neglect issues preferred. Social Work certification is preferred, but not required.
The 2025 Wage scale for this position is: $26.46 – $30.24 per hour working approximately 22 hours per week.
With WI Social Worker certification wage scale for 2025 is: $28.86-$32.98 per hour.
