Child Support Manager

The Jackson County Department of Health & Human Services is seeking a Child Support Manager to lead and oversee the Child Support Division. This position is responsible for managing programs including Child and Spousal Support, Establishment of Paternity, and Medical Support Liability.
The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership and supervision to staff, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, oversee budgets and program operations, and develop policies to support effective service delivery.
Qualifications:
* Associate’s Degree in paralegal, supervisory management, or related field preferred.
* Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Child Support Program operations.
* Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.

2025 Wages: $74,484 – $82,992 plus excellent County benefits and participation in the Wisconsin State Retirement.
