Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care for the comfort, safety and personal needs of residents under the direction of licensed staff. This care is ensured by performing the following:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living and performing procedures for hygiene and comfort
Following individualized resident care plan team while sharing various tasks with other licensed and non-licensed team members
Maintaining thorough electronic resident record in accordance with safety guidelines and providing social and emotional support to residents and resident families
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
Current Wisconsin certificate as a Nursing Assistant including annual 12-hour educational requirement
Ability to handle crisis intervention situations as directed by care plan, facility protocol, resident rights etc .
Basic level of computer proficiency, medical terminology and understanding of concept of comprehensive nursing care for a diversified population
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.50 – $25.14 per hour
