Access Case Manager/Social Worker

Provide intake and preliminary assessments for all reported CPS cases. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree Social Work/Child welfare or closely related field; insurance acceptable driver’s license; Qualify under WI Caregivers Law, WI Act 27; successful completion of Juvenile Intake Training as soon as possible through State. CPS or Child Welfare experience preferred. Social Work pay grade requires active WI Social Work Certification. 40 hours/week. $24.28 – $33.60/hour, dependent on qualifications. Benefits Included.
