County Action Item: Remit Copies of Sales Tax Resolutions to WCA

Counties Around Wisconsin Acting on Resolutions Regarding Online Retailers Collecting Sales Tax

 

Several months back, the Wisconsin Counties Association sent a letter and sample resolution to all 72 counties relating to online retailers collecting and remitting Wisconsin state and local sales tax. 

 

WCA has received copies of the resolution passed by a number of counties, but  would like to remind all counties to please provide a copy of the resolution if passed by the county board to the association.
