About Us

Terry Schumacher began employment with the Wisconsin Counties Association in October of 1986. In her role as Senior Accounts Manager, she is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts and daily accounting for WCA, WCA Services, Inc. and the ITBECs. She also monitors daily accounting activities for the Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corporation, Community Insurance Corporation and the WCA Group Health Trust. In addition, she prepares monthly financial statements for WCA GHT.

Terry is a huge sports fan, cheering for the Wisconsin Badgers, Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Cubs.
