We are looking for a motivated and driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (Property Buyer) who can connect with homeowners, evaluate opportunities, and close deals. We want a serious acquisition specialist who understands that the money is in the follow up. Most deals don’t happen on the first conversation and the right candidate understands how to build rapport, follow up consistently, and close motivated sellers.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
Work directly with motivated homeowners looking to sell their properties
Run property evaluations and analyze deals
Build rapport and present the best exit strategies for homeowners
Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms
Conduct property appointments in person on a flexible schedule
Work with our internal team to advance leads in the pipeline
Track leads and follow ups in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Sales experience and real estate background strongly preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
Comfortable talking with homeowners and building trust
Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple leads
Closers who convert appointments into contracts
💰 Compensation & Benefits
$75K – $200K+ earning potential (top performers will earn more)
Commission on closed deals
