Office Specialist- Human Services
Purpose of Position:
The primary responsibility of this position is front line reception, answering and routing telephone calls, and being the primary greeter for agency clients and partners. This position also provides general administrative work such as typing, filing, and word processing.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma, two years of secretarial or clerical office experience. Valid drivers’ license. Microsoft software programs, word, excel, and access.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical or Vocational degree from an accredited technical college in office support specialist or administrative professional, two years of secretarial or clerical office experience in the public sector or governmental environment.
This position is a FT 40 hours per week position starting at $19.37-$20.47 per hour (depending on qualifications)
